We want to help journalists who have already started their own entrepreneurial ventures and who are now beyond that first burst of energy and optimism. They may be a year or two years into their enterprises and are now considering next steps.How can they evaluate whether their enterprise has a viable future? How can they engineer a mid-course correction, if one is needed? What are the decisions that go into creating a strategy to go forward?
